Login Problems

--I just joined the site and can't log in (first time member)

--I can't log in, username/password box not displaying

I have been enjoying the site without problems, but now I suddenly can't log in!
If you have had no problems with your membership so far, and now suddenly your log-in has stopped working, then there could be a number of explanations:
- your membership may have expired if you have cancelled it or if you have a non-recurring subscription.

- there may have been a problem with your billing. If the biller was unable to charge you for your next membership period, your membership may have been cancelled and expired.

- your password may need to be changed for security reasons. please contact us to change your username/password

- there may have been a temporary fault. Your browser may be remembering your unsuccessful log-in attempts and may be automatically taking you to the Customer Support page of the site without trying to log in to the site. You may therefore need to empty your browser cache and history and re-enter your log-in manually. Please note that your username and password are case sensitive, and if you're cutting & pasting your log-in, please be careful not to add any spaces.

Please contact our Customer Support staff for further assistance

Cancellations

--I don't want a re-billing/recurring membership - what can I do?

--
I need to cancel my membership

I don't want a re-billing/recurring membership - what can I do?
You may only want a 30, 60 or 90-day membership and may not want to be re-billed automatically for more. What do you do? It's very simple!
All of our recurring memberships can be cancelled very easily and quickly online without any loss. Your membership will remain active and you will have full access to the site until the end of the last (30, 60 or 90-day) membership period you have paid for.
You can cancel your 30-day recurring membership the day after you've joined the site and you will have full access to the site until the 30 days are up, at which point your membership will expire without being re-billed.

You will find links to the cancellation pages of our billers on the Customer Support pages of our sites and here's a quick list of the for you here also:

* Click here if you paid with DHD Media
* Click here if you paid with CCBill
* Click here if you paid with Zombaio

You can also write to us and ask us to cancel your membership for you if you wish.
Please check the site before automatically cancelling your membership though! Some of our members cancel their memberships without thinking, and then regret it later because they enjoy the site so much and would prefer to stay on for longer after all. Unfortunately, once cancelled there’s no way or re-activating a membership, you'll have to rejoin the site again using the join page of the site!

I need to cancel my membership
Membership (Re-billing) Cancellation requests must be received at least 2 days before your membership renews or you will be re-billed for the following billing cycle.

The biller you have used to join the site will be highlighted and a link provided to their cancellation page, where it should only take a couple of minutes to cancel your membership online.

If you are unable to log into the site for any reason, please follow one of the links below, depending on which billing company you used to join the site:

* Click here if you paid with DHD Media

Video Problems

--Can I download and save your content to my hard drive?

--I'm having problems viewing your video clips

--
What formats are your videos in?

Can I download and save your content to my hard drive?
YES! You most certainly can, and in fact most of our video content is specifically designed to be downloaded FIRST and then viewed LATER.

If you start to just view the video in your video player, it will usually work (depending on the file format and the player you are using), but you will be potentially staring at a blank screen for 10 minutes until the video downloads fully and finally starts playing. Also, the video will be downloaded to your hard drive anyway by your player, except that in this case it will be deleted automatically after you play it and close your player. Therefore, you might as well save it to your hard drive yourself - this way you can view it at any time and as many times as you want in the future without having to wait for the download ever again, save it away in a folder on your computer for a rainy day, or even burn it to DVD and start building up a small collection of our material (we have absolutely no problem with this, as long as it's for personal use ONLY).

So, right click on the link to the video you wish to download/view, then click "save link as..." or "save link target as..." (depending on your browser), and save the disk to wherever you wish on your hard drive. When the download has finished, find the file in the location you saved it to and play it with the media player of your choice (depending on file type etc.).

You may of course also freely download and save all of our picture content too in the same way - either individually, or using the "all-in-one" zip file provided.

I'm having problems viewing your video clips
This problem is usually the result of you not having the correct software on your computer, or of that software being outdated.

We suggest that you get the latest version of Windows Media Player (if you haven't already) - the latest one is available (free of charge) from here: http://www.microsoft.com/windows/windowsmedia/default.mspx

Next, you should make sure you have the latest codecs for your WMP - the codecs which Microsoft provided with the player are usually not good enough I'm afraid. I would recommend downloading and installing the codec pack from http://cccp-project.net/ - with these the Windows Media Player should be able to play practically any video file, so you won't need separate players for our various file types.

Alternatively, you can get separate players, each of which specializes in one of our various file types:

To Play WMV files:

1. Download and install the latest windows media player from http://www.microsoft.com/windows/windowsmedia/default.mspx

To Play MOV Quicktime files:

1. Download and install the latest Quicktime movie player from: http://www.apple.com/quicktime/download/win.html
2. Reboot your computer

IMPORTANT: none of our videos are designed to stream! You should save the desired video to your hard drive first (right click, then "save file as...", or "save link target as..."), and then play it with your chosen player.

What formats are your videos in?

Our newer videos are all in WMV Format however a few of our older ones might still be in :
- MOV
- RM
all of which are Fully Downloadable with No Restrictions.

Billing Issues

--Is my credit card billed discreetly?

--I don't want a re-billing/recurring membership - what can I do?

--I need to cancel my membership

--How often will I be charged for access to the site?

--I have an issue with the billing of my membership

--Why won't the billing company accept my credit card?

--How can I contact the billing company I used to join the site?

Is my credit card billed discreetly?
Yes. All Unlimited Bondage memberships are billed very discreetly under ‘Zombaio’, 'CCBill', or 'DHD Media' depending on the billing processor you used during your sign-up. Neither the site name, nor anything at all to do with the content of the site is mentioned on your credit-card bills, only the name of the biller itself as above.
Both we and our billers know that you expect us to respect your privacy and handle your membership to our site(s) discreetly, so this is exactly what we do. we guarantee you that your name and contact information  is totally private.

I don't want a re-billing/recurring membership - what can I do?
Most of our memberships are recurring but all you have to do is cancel right after you purchase to make your membership non-recurring. Your access will not be removed until your paid membership has expired.

How often will I be charged for access to the site?
If you have purchased a recurring membership, then you will be billed regularly, depending on the type of membership you have purchased.
- In the case of 30-day, 60-day and 90-day recurring memberships, you will be billed every 30, 60 or 90 days, respectively, calculated from the day on which you joined the site.
For example, if you paid for your 30-day, recurring subscription on February 15th, your membership is valid until March 15th, when it will re-bill and continue to be valid for a further 30 days (until April 14th, because March has 31 days, not 30) and so on.
- Our 365-day memberships do not re-bill, and you will only be billed once, when you join the site - never again.
For example, if you have purchased a 365-day membership on February 15th, then your membership will be valid until February 15th of the following year, when it will expire, and you will not be billed again.

I have an issue with the billing of my membership
We can help you very quickly with all log-in and other site-related problems and questions, but if you have any problem which is related specifically to the billing of your membership, then you really need to ask the billing companies directly. You can reach them at

consumersupport@ccbill.com- for CCBill
support@dhdmedia.com - for DHD Media, and
ch-support@zombaio.com - for Zombaio

Please do NOT contact the billers if you have a problem accessing the site, or with any of the videos, or with anything else to do with the operation of the site itself. They will generally NOT be able to help you and will refer the problem to us. This may add a few days to the time needed to correct the fault, whereas if you contact us directly instead by sending an email, we will be able to help you within a maximum of 24 hours.

Why won't the billing company accept my credit card?
There are a few reasons that this may occur and unfortunately, these decisions are made by the billers, we have no control or influence over their decision.

The three main reasons are:

* You live in a country which is not supported by the biller in question - in this case, our billers Zombaio, CCBill, and DHD Media reserve the right not to deal with specific countries or banks.
* Your country or ISP may be blocked by our site for various reasons, meaning that even if you were allowed to join the site, you wouldn't get access, and for this reason it may be best to not allow you to join.
* Your credit card may have had charge-backs in the past, or your membership may have had several failed re-bills, in which case(s) your card may have been blacklisted I'm afraid. Once again, this is the sole decision of the billing companies we work with and we can do nothing to sway their decision.

Please keep trying to join the site - it is not unusual for people to only successfully join the site on the third of fourth attempt - please be patient.
If you are unlucky enough not to have been allowed to join one of our great sites for this reason, we may be able to offer you alternative payment methods such as snail-mailing us your membership

If you feel this is an error please contact the billing company directly
consumersupport@ccbill.com- for CCBill
support@dhdmedia.com - for DHD Media, and
ch-support@zombaio.com - for Zombaio

How can I contact the billing company I used to join the site?
If you have a problem or question which is specific to your billing and/or credit-card transactions, then I'm afraid we at Unlimited Bondage cannot help you, because all billing is the sole responsibility of the billing companies we operate with.

If you need to contact the billers directly because you have a problem with billing, then you can reach them here:

consumersupport@ccbill.com- for CCBill
support@dhdmedia.com - for DHD Media, and
ch-support@zombaio.com - for Zombaio

If, however, your problem is NOT to do with billing, please send us an email to contact us. We always reply personally to all Emails within 24 hours.

What browser should I use to view your site(s)?
Some browsers are not compatible with our sites. This is especially true for the AOL browser.
If you're using an incompatible browser, then you may experience various problems, such as pages opening very slowly, browsing and navigation of the site being extremely tedious, thumbnails appearing to be missing, pictures not opening up and enlarging and a whole host of similar, very annoying issues.

To get the best and most problem-free experience from our sites, we recommend either using Internet Explorer (the browser that comes with Windows, so this is the easy option, and you can get the latest version here: http://www.microsoft.com/windows/downloads/ie/getitnow.mspx

If you're looking for a better, more intelligent and easy-to-use browser, then we highly recommend switching to Mozilla Firefox (free download here: http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/. This is the browser of choice for the majority of users who are a little more knowledgeable about computers and the Internet.

Safari (the usual browser for Mac users) is also good and its new version for Windows also works fine with our sites - as does Firefox for Mac if you're using a Macintosh.

Your site is very slow, there are thumbnails missing!
I'm afraid this problem is almost certainly a result of the browser you're using.
The AOL browser is especially adept at causing similar problems, ranging from thumbnails not loading properly and timing out and pages taking ages to open, right up to slow download speeds.

Our recommended browsers are (the latest versions of) Internet Explorer (available free here:
http://www.microsoft.com/windows/products/winfamily/ie/default.mspx)

and Mozilla Firefox (free download here: http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/)

Safari should also work fine for PC and MAC users alike.

Using any other browser or even an older version of one of these browsers can lead to various navigation and download problems, so it is strongly recommended that you upgrade to a newer and better browser.

I am an AOL member and I am having trouble navigating your site
I'm afraid this problem is almost certainly a result of the AOL browser you're using. Click here for advice on what browser to use.

I need to clear my browser's history and/or cache. How do I do this?
You may need to clear your browser history and/or empty your browser cache if you have been unsuccessful in trying to access the site or if you have entered the wrong username and password. You need to be able to log-in manually, so you need to delete your browser's "memory" to allow the log-in box to pop-up so that you can enter your (new) username and password.
To do this, follow the steps below:

If you are using Internet Explorer:
Open up your browser. In the menu bar you will find a menu called "Tools". Drop down the Tools menu and select "Internet Options". A box will open up. Look for and click on "Delete Cookies" and then "OK." Then click on "Delete files" and "OK."
It could take a while for all your history to be deleted, so please be patient. It may also be a good idea to restart your browser just to make sure that the changes you have implemented actually take place.

If you are using Mozilla Firefox:
Just click on "Tools" and then on "Clear Private Data". On the box that appears, make sure that "Authenticated Sessions", "Cache" and "Cookies" are ticked and then click on "Clear my Private Data Now", and that's it.
Again, it may be a good idea to restart your browser, just to make sure that these changes have actually come into effect.

I still need help! How do I contact you directly?
You can find our contact information here

Is it easy to find all of the photo galleries and videos from my favorite models?
Absolutely, just type in your favorite model's name in the member search box (Sara Tomas for me) and you will get links to every photo set and video that particular model has on that site ... Not only models ... our Dynamic Site Search will allow you to find outfits, types of ties, clothing, etc., etc. ... hogtie, handcuffs, high heels, stilettos, bare feet, bare legs, stockings ... with and without garters, scarf bondage, corsets, touching elbows, on and on and on ... you can pretty well name what you are looking for and with a search you will instantly receive pages with all of the photos and videos that match your criteria ... basically a custom web site built by and for YOU.

Are photo download programs allowed?
Absolutely, we do have software set up to stop "Brute Force Attacks" on all our Unlimited Bondage Websites so please set these programs on their lowest settings.

Pop ups, Circle Jerks, Never Ending Windows?????
Never, Never, Never, Never, Hate Them, You will never see that crap on an Unlimited Bondage web

Where Can I Find More Unlimited Bondage Websites?
Just visit UnlimitedBondage.com for a complete list of all our websites

How do I join?
You can join by clicking any of the join links on the specific site.

I do not have a credit card can I still join?
